Join Shannon and Chris Smith of Ground Ops Roastery + Bakehouse to learn how to perfect your sourdough! First, you will learn about how to maintain and care for your sourdough starter. Each participant will be given their own bowl of starter and flour for them to fold and shape in class, and take home to finish folding and eventually bake. Lastly, you will receive a hot bowl of tomato soup and a piece of sourdough cheese toast to enjoy before class ends. (Be prepared to leave this class covered in flour!)
