Class is in session, foodies! Chris Tarquinio is taking us on a delicious journey through Southern Italy and introducing us to the world of pasta – specifically, Cavatelli. These little pasta bites are a staple in the regions of Calabria, Puglia, Sicily, and Molise, and we’re about to learn how to make them from scratch. There will be some opportunity for some hands on pasta making. And don’t worry, we won’t just leave you with a bowl of pasta – we’re going to explore traditional pairings with greens in true Italian fashion.
