Have cast iron cookware or thinking about investing in some? Then this is the class for you! In this class Chef Nikki will walk you through why you should cook with cast iron, how to season/maintain/store cast iron, how to restore old cast iron, and how to cook with it. From there Chef Nikki will demonstrate how to prepare the wonderful Pork a la Normande, pan roasted root vegetables and a delicious cast iron orange cake. Each person will get to enjoy some of each dish prepared as well as receive the recipes to make everything at home.
