Bordeaux: The Heart of French Wine – A Tasting Journey – Jan 23 – Sold Out

Uncork the world of French Bordeaux wines, one of the most iconic and prestigious wine regions in the world. Velva Knapp (who is excited to share her recent journey to Bordeaux) will guide you through the unique terroirs, rich history, and the grape varieties that define Bordeaux wines. We will discover elegant reds of the Left Bank, and the fruit forward reds of the Right Banks, and discover the region’s lesser-known white wines.
We will taste a selection of five wines that showcase the diversity of Bordeaux from powerful Cabernet Sauvignon-based wines to the softer, Merlot driven styles. The wines will be paired with small plates.
