3rd Anniversary Dinner with Blacksmith Italian on Mon, Sep 30, 2024 at 06:00 PM

Chef Cory Dragone from Blacksmith Italian raises his glass tonight as we celebrate our 3rd Anniversary! Since Blacksmith is one of our favorite restaurants, we couldn’t celebrate this year without him. 

Our celebratory menu:

• Local Heirloom Tomato Caprese / soil grown Montana tomatoes / Burrata / fried Montana basil / balsamic reduction/ Partanna Extra Virgin / fancy salt 
• Chicken Francese / the most famous dish of Rochester, New York, Italian-American style
• Blacksmith’s Cannoli / House made ricotta & mascarpone filled pastry

• Elena Walch ‘Kristallberg’ Pinot Bianco, $23.95
• Oddero ‘Convento’ Langhe Rosso, $25.95
